Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unused  

- In its original packaging  

- In the same condition as received

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@blkthaven.shop with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address.  

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection.  

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
